Hello world!

Hi Guys 

Welcome to Feeling the Fitness. 

Do you practice gratitude?  If you do not, try it.

I find that it can change my mood from negative to positive so I tend to practice gratitude in the morning.

I usually start with

I am grateful for waking up another day

I am grateful for my family and friends 

I am grateful that we are all healthy

I am grateful that I do a job that I love 

There are so many things to be grateful for
